How do I check my certificate status?

Please ensure that you have entered the correct Passport Number or email as registered. If you are still facing issues, it is possible your data has not yet been updated in the system. Please contact us for further assistance.

Entry Ban (Malaysia): Does one certificate ban the whole crew?
Yes. If any certificate shows a Banned flag, the crew is considered globally restricted from entering Malaysian waters/ports. Other certificates cannot be used to bypass this restriction.
What should I do? Contact your agent or the issuing authority to verify and resolve the ban before deployment. If you believe this is an error, request official clarification and removal.
Who sets this flag? The ban flag is provided by issuing authorities and official regulatory sources. This site displays the status; it does not set or remove bans.
How is it detected here? We look for database fields like is_banned_malaysia, isBannedMalaysia, banned, or bannedFromMalaysia. Your backend should standardize on is_banned_malaysia.
